Empowering You to Experience God's Love

In the Strength You Have

Judges 6:14: “The LORD turned to him and said, ‘Go in the strength you have and save Israel out of Midian’s hand. Am I not sending you?’”

I froze when I went up north for a week. On the flight home, my right ear made crackling sounds three times. I got sick and lost my voice.

For several days I prayed God would heal me. I reminded him about my speaking engagements the following week. I would need a voice.

Then I read this passage from the Bible. I sensed God say, “Go in the strength you have, Yvonne. Am I not sending you?”

In faith, I packed my suitcase and practiced my presentation silently. My voice finally returned.

We all face challenges and disappointments. However, God still wants us to accomplish his mission for us on earth.

God doesn’t expect us to work miracles. That’s his job. He simply tells us to go in the strength we have. He sends us, and he will do the rest.

Dear God, help me go in the strength I have. Amen.

Welcome. Here you will find stories of God's faithfulness. As an on-line Faith Coach, my hope is to encourage you in your walk with God. Through my honesty and transparency I pray that you find the truth that will set you free to become all that God has created you to be.

Let's face it, life can be difficult with health issues, financial burdens, and challenging people at work, home, and in the community. My desire is to give you the tools to experience God as your BFF, your Provider, your Advocate, and your Help-mate.

God has chosen you to love and be loved.

I believe that God allowed every struggle in my life to better relate to you. I'm here to help you through your pain. Although my struggles might be different from yours, I know struggles.

By the age of twenty I lived with three different men looking for love and acceptance. I secretly married the man of my aborted baby out of obligation and with the idea that if it didn't work we could divorce and no one would know it.

I'm here to tell you that only by God's grace did my husband and I survive a marriage based on the wrong foundation of a student-teacher relationship, sexual immorality and secrets.

We experienced a miracle!

Struggling with no income for a year, a son who battled a rare form of leukemia, moving to a new country, and raising four teenagers, we can testify to God's faithfulness.

Do you know God? Hope is available to you for whatever you face today. Will you trust Him? Look over my site and email me your prayer requests or any questions you may have. I'm here to help you.

Kirsten is the genuine article...a unique, unrepeated miracle!  She is a woman who has walked through the valley of the shadow of death and has found hope and healing on the other side. And because of this she now walks with others through dark shadows and deep valleys, speaking words of life and hope into each individual. She is the first to say that she does nothing in her own strength but through God's strength. Cathy V.
